alps.tokyo が提供するサービスをご利用いただくにあたり、以下の規約に同意いただく必要があります。
本規約は、Master Copy をはじめとする ALPS が提供する全サービスに適用されます。
アーリーアダプター登録者には、製品版購入時に使用できる 50%OFF割引クーポン を提供します。
有効期限: 製品版リリースから1年間 / 1人1回限り / 譲渡・転売不可 / 他クーポン併用不可
以下の行為を禁止します：
重要: 本サービスは「現状のまま」提供されます。データ損失・破損、ファイル転送エラー、サービスの中断・停止、特定目的への適合性、動作環境の互換性、Beta版における機能・仕様の変更を含め、一切の保証をいたしません。
重要なデータは必ず複数箇所にバックアップを取ることを強く推奨します。
ユーザーは、データのバックアップ、登録情報の正確性、本規約の遵守について責任を負います。
開発者は、本サービスの使用により生じた直接的・間接的を問わず、いかなる損害（データ損失、業務中断、利益損失等を含むがこれに限らない）についても責任を負いません。
ALPSは、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容を変更、または終了する権利を有します。サービス終了の場合、可能な限り事前に通知いたします。
本規約違反、不正利用、虚偽情報の提供、その他不適切な行為があった場合、予告なくアカウントを停止することがあります。
本サービスに関する全ての知的財産権は、ALPSまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーは、これらの権利を侵害する行為を行ってはなりません。
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、登録済みメールアドレスまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

By using services provided by alps.tokyo, you agree to the following terms.
These terms apply to all services provided by ALPS, including Master Copy.
Early adopter registrants receive a 50% OFF discount coupon for the product version.
Valid for 1 year from release / Once per person / Non-transferable / Cannot be combined with other coupons

Important: This service is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding data loss or corruption, file transfer errors, service interruption or termination, fitness for particular purpose, system compatibility, or beta version feature/specification changes.
We strongly recommend maintaining backups of important data in multiple locations.
Users are responsible for data backups, accuracy of registration information, and compliance with these terms.
The developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, loss of profits, or other incidental damages.
ALPS reserves the right to change or terminate this service without prior notice. We will attempt to provide advance notice when terminating services.
We may suspend accounts without notice for terms violations, fraudulent use, false information, or other inappropriate conduct.
All intellectual property rights related to this service belong to ALPS or legitimate rights holders. Users must not infringe these rights.
These terms may be changed without notice. Significant changes will be announced via registered email or in-app notification. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
